That’s right, our Senior Classes are in our top three most popular of the week, and they're going from strength to strength.
If you know anyone who would benefit and would like to join in with a great bunch of elderly exercises then classes run on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 12 noon. And a new Monday session is coming soon!!
